TrueProperty is an online marketplace that helps property owners and buyers discover listings, review verification signals, and communicate through in-app chat.

We are a technology platform, not a real-estate broker, agent, developer, valuer, lawyer, or escrow provider. We do not guarantee the existence, condition, legal title, price, or availability of any property.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at the contact email above.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or the Platform.

Listings must describe the property truthfully, including price, area, finishing, payment terms, and material defects known to you. Bait pricing, misleading photos, duplicate spam listings, and impersonation are prohibited.

You must upload media you have the right to use and that fairly represents the property. We may review, reject, request changes to, or remove listings at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have legal authority to market the property and for compliance with applicable real-estate, advertising, and tax laws.

Use the Platform respectfully. Harassment, threats, fraud, scraping, and attempts to harvest user data are prohibited.

Communication should occur through the Platform unless both parties knowingly choose otherwise. Your phone number or email is shared only when you explicitly reveal it.

Any meetings, negotiations, deposits, contracts, or transfers occur solely between users. We are not a party to those dealings.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service, including moderation and verification.

You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

Verification scores, review badges, and moderation actions are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a warranty, inspection certificate, or legal approval of any listing.

Users must perform their own due diligence, including physical inspection and independent legal/title checks.

Listing and browsing features may currently be free, but we reserve the right to introduce fees or subscriptions with reasonable notice where required by law.

The Platform, brand, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or exploited except as permitted by law or our written consent.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or risk management.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF LISTINGS OR USER CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR USER INTERACTIONS.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) EGP 1,000 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueProperty from claims arising from your content, listings, conduct, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us before initiating formal proceedings. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts located in Cairo, Egypt shall have jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
