Yes. Browsing listings, searching, favoriting, and in-app chat are free. There are no platform fees to list or buy through TrueProperty.

TrueCheck is our ops rating (0–100%) for a listing’s photos and media. It reflects how well the submitted media matches the property — not a guarantee of condition, but a signal you can filter on when searching.

Yes. Every live listing shows the full asking price in EGP upfront, along with known extras like maintenance or club fees when the seller has disclosed them.

Yes. On the search page you can filter by area, beds, min/max price, multiple amenities, and minimum TrueCheck score.

Tap Request viewing or Chat on a listing. Conversations stay inside TrueProperty. Your phone number or email is only shared if you choose to reveal it in chat.

No — anyone can browse and search. You need to sign in to favorite listings, start chat, report a listing, or list your own property.

Choose the Mobile tab on the login page, enter your number in international format (e.g. +20…), verify the SMS code, then add your name once so others know who they’re chatting with.

Sign in, go to Sell, and follow the listing wizard: property details, photos, walkthrough video, street proof, amenities, and price. Submit for review — ops checks media before the listing goes live.

Review times vary. Your listing stays in pending review until ops approves it and assigns a TrueCheck score. You can track status under Account → My listings.

You can edit drafts and listings that ops has sent back for changes. Some fields on live listings may require re-review — check your listing status in Account.

Yes. In Account, phone users can link Google sign-in, and Google users can link a mobile number — so you can sign in either way on the same profile.

Open the listing and use Report. Choose fake, spam, or other. Our team reviews reports and can remove or reject listings that break the rules.
