TrueCheck is our 0–100% ops rating for listing photos and media — here’s what it means for buyers and sellers.
When you browse TrueProperty, you’ll see a TrueCheck badge on live listings. That number is an ops rating — not a user review — that reflects how well the seller’s photos, walkthrough, and street proof represent the property.
Why we use TrueCheck
Egypt’s property market is full of bait ads, stock photos, and vague locations. TrueCheck gives you a consistent signal before you invest time in a visit.
It does not guarantee the unit’s condition or legal status. It means our team has reviewed the media and scored how accurately it shows what’s for sale.
How the score is set
When a seller submits a listing, ops reviews photos, the walkthrough video, street proof, and claimed amenities. We assign a score from 0 to 100 before the listing goes live.
Higher scores generally mean clearer, more complete media that matches the listing details.
Using TrueCheck when you search
On the search page, use the TrueCheck filter to set a minimum score. Combine it with area, price range, and amenities to find listings that fit your criteria.
