How to list your property

Property basics: area, compound, beds, baths, sqm, floor, finishing, and full asking price in EGP.

Media: photos of the actual unit (including required rooms), a short walkthrough video, and street proof showing the building.

Optional: amenities you want to highlight, payment plan details, and a short description.

After you submit, status changes to pending review. Ops checks media quality and assigns TrueCheck. You’ll get rejected or changes requested if something doesn’t meet guidelines.

Once approved, your listing appears in search with the score visible to buyers.

Respond to inbox messages promptly. Update status to sold or unavailable when the unit is no longer on the market. Edit via Account → My listings when changes are allowed.
